Our Story And Project Equipment

Zagroz equipment engineering started in 1995 under a different name with the design, manufacturing and selling of aluminum parts. Throughout the years we experienced an increasing demand from companies which are looking for total solutions in the field of the energy industry. Because our focus was more and more on these products, we became specialists, which resulted in even more requests from clients. Therefore we decided to establish Zagroz equipment engineering. Our goal is to become one of the leading equipment engineering organizations in the energy industry. We achieve this by practising respect, maintaining consistency in our business dealings and providing quality service. In today’s business world, staying competitive means striking the right balance between risk and reward. To achieve your potential, you need fast, easy access to the information and people that can help you make the right decisions.

Pressure Vessels & Pressure Equipment

We design and manufacture your pressure equipment in accordance with European (PED 97/23/EC) or American (STAMP U) standards in accordance with building codes.

Columns, Reactors For Oil, Gas And Chemical Industry

Zagroz capabilities have become increasingly important to the oil and gas industry. Corrosion problems are escalating as crude oils are often contaminated with naphthenic acid, sulfur, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide. The use of Duplex Stainless Steels, High Nickel alloys, Hastelloy and Titanium are becoming increasingly cost effective in these applications.

The more contaminated crude becomes, the more necessary the use of corrosive -resistant metals and alloys.

Hot Insulation And Cold Insulation

For almost a decade, we have been engaged in offering reliable and excellent hot and cold insulation services. In order to execute the insulation services as per the clients’ demands, we remain in regular touch with our clients. Further, high grade raw material and the latest technology is used in the process to assure optimum quality solution as per the industry standards. Stringent checking is further carried out by our skilled professionals to assure flawlessness in the final outcom.

Gas turbine power Generator, Diesel Engine, Wind Turbine & Solar Energy

Electricity generation is the process of generating electric power from other sources of primary energy. The first power plants were run on water power or coal. Today they rely mainly on coal, nuclear, natural gas, hydroelectric, wind generators and petroleum, with a small amount from solar energy, tidal power and geothermal sources. The use of power-lines and power-poles have been significantly important in the distribution of electricity.

Switchgear & Transformers & Heavy Equipment

A switchgear may be a simple open-air isolator switch or it may be insulated by some other substance. An effective although more costly form of switchgear is the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), where the conductors and contacts are insulated by pressurized sulfur hexafluoride gas (SF6). Other common types are oil or vacuum insulated switchgear.

Electrical Energy Substation In A Power Plant

Substations may be described by their voltage class, their applications within the power system, the method used to insulate most connections and by the style and materials of the structures used. These categories are not disjointed; to solve a particular problem, a transmission substation may include significant distribution functions, for example.

  • Transmission substation
  • Distribution substation
  • Collector substation
  • Converter substations
  • Switching substation
  • Classification by insulation
  • Classification by structure

Valves, Piping, Pipelines, Flanged, Expansion Joints & Fittings

The choice of (end) connections for connecting a valve to its associated pipework is dependent upon the pressure and temperature of the working fluid and the frequency of dismantling the pipeline or removing the valve from the line. Zagroz Equipment Engineering can provide a wide range of metal and non-metal pipes, fittings and flanges conforming in any dimensional based upon specific application.

  • Non-metals fittings and flanges including GRE, GRP, GRV, HDPE,MDPE etc.
  • Metal fittings and flanges includes Duplex, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel industrial flanges, stainless steel pipe fittings, industrial steel flanges, industrial pipe fittings.
  • These products are basically used for installations and repairing of piping and tubing systems in various facilities. The fitting find application in different settings: manufacturing, HVAC, refineries, nuclear-powered super carriers, hydraulics power plant construction etc.

Pressure Relief Safety Valves, Actuators, Surface Safety Valves & Control valve assembly

Line Pressure Operated Surface Safety Valve is often used in the oilfield when it is needed to monitor pressure in a flow line system. The system is compact and utilizes flow line pressure as the surface safety valve control medium. Utilizes well bore or pipeline pressure to operate actuator, if the flowline pressure rise above or falls below set values, the system will sense the change and close the valve immediately.

Fire Safety Equipment

Fire is a serious threat to the physical safety and security of any workplace. Fire protection comes in many forms, from rescue and escape equipment to fire extinguishers and firefighter gear. The fire protection needs of your company will depend on the size and type of business you have, as well as the type of emergency response plan you employ.

Fire Fighting Valves, Eductor Nozzles & Smonitor Fire Protection

Zagroz supplies high performance fire fighting equipment designed to improve the safety and efficiency of fire fighting personnel and help protect people, property and the environment from dangerous fires.

We offer a wide range of products from handline and master stream nozzles to fire monitors and foam equipment. In addition, we provide a wide selection of accessories and valves to broaden the application of our products.

We serve various markets across government and municipal, oil and gas, petrochemical, mining and construction, marine and offshore, wildland forestry, airports, commercial and industrial fire protection.

A pump is a device that moves fluids (liquids or gases), or sometimes slurries, by mechanical action. Pumps can be classified into three major groups according to the method they use to move the fluid: direct lift, displacement, and gravity pumps. Pumps operate by some mechanism (typically reciprocating or rotary) and consume energy to perform mechanical work by moving the fluid. Pumps operate via many energy sources, including manual operation, electricity, engines or wind power and come in many sizes, from microscopic for use in medical applications to large industrial pumps.

  • Positive displacement pump
  • Positive displacement pump behavior and safety
  • Positive displacement types
  • Rotary positive displacement pumps
  • Reciprocating positive displacement pumps
  • Various positive displacement pumps
  • Gear pump
  • Screw pump
  • Progressing cavity pump
  • Roots-type pumps
  • Peristaltic pump
  • Plunger pumps
  • Triplex-style plunger pumps
  • Compressed-air-powered double-diaphragm pumps
  • Rope pumps

Cables, Telecommunications & Fiber-Optic Communication

Cables are the primary means of transferring EU from one device to another. There are several different types of cable, each type made from different metals and each type can tolerate a different maximum EUP, usually referred to as voltage. All cables suffer from energy losses over distance. Long cables will lose energy in the process of transferring it. There are several ways to reduce losses – transformers , insulation and daisy-chaining storage devices. Types of cable are:

  • Tin Cable
  • Copper Cable
  • Gold Cable
  • HV (Iron) Cable
  • Glass Fiber Cable
  • Detector Cable
  • Splitter Cable

Composite Materials

Composite materials, often shortened to composites, are engineered or naturally occurring materials made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties which remain separate and distinct at the macroscopic or microscopic scale within the finished structure. Type of composites are:

  • Carbon fibre-reinforced polymers (CFRP)
  • Glass fiber-reinforced polymers (GFRP)
  • Aramid products (e.g. Kevlar)
  • Bio-derived polymers (or biocomposites as they are sometimes referred to)
